General Requirements
- Having graduated from high schools, lyceums or equivalent
institutions.
- Holding the nationality of a country other than The Republic of
Turkey or The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and not having
dual nationality rigths, one of which is for the countries named
above.

- High School Diploma: Attested/notarized copy
of high school diploma in English or in Turkish (An equivalence
letter from Ministry of education of Turkey certifying that your
diploma is equivalent to a Turkish High School Diploma will be
required during registration.)
- Completed APPLICATION FORM

- Official Transcript: Original of your
official transcript (sealed and approved by your High School)
showing your high school courses and grades and its translated
copy (English or Turkish)
- Exam Result: Attested copy of the exam result
that is being used for application (YÖS, SAT, Baccalaureate,
etc.)
- Receipt of Bank Transfer of Application Fee:
For application, 50 USD "Application fee" must be deposited in account no
3417932 of the Kavaklıdere Branch of İş
Bankası.

Language Reqirements
- The medium of instruction in Atılım University is
ENGLISH.
- Students who do not submit an English Proficiency Exam
Result during registration will have to attend English
Preparatory School.
- Students who submit a valid English proficiency Exam
result will be exempted from English Preparatory School and
will directly start their undergraduate courses.

Examinations and Minimum Scores Which Are Equivalent To The YÖS
For The Admission of the Foreign Students to the Atılım University
- In the SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test), a total score of at
least 1000 and a minimum score 500 in Mathematics
- In the ACT (American College Test) examination, a minimum score
of 21
- In the GCE (General Certificate Education) at least three A
levels one of which is in the subject of the program
- An International Baccalaureate diploma with a diploma score of
at least 28
- In the Baccalaureate Libanais examinations given in Lebanon, a
diploma score of at least 13 (or minimum 70/100) in the Scientific Stream
- In the Tawjih examinations given in Jordan and Palestine, a
minimum average of 80 points in all courses in the Scientific Stream
- ABITUR with a score of at least 4
- In the Al-Shahada - Al Thanawijya (Baccalaureate) examinations
given in Syria:
a) For the departments of the Faculty of Engineering a minimum score
of 190 out of 240 in the Scientific Stream
b) For the other departments a minimum score of 175 out of 240 in
the Scientific Stream
- In the Gaokao examination of the People’s Republic of China, a
score of at least 490 out of 750

In the Diplome Debirestan
for students from Iran a minimum average of 14 out of 20 and a
minimum average of 14 out of 20 from Pishdaneshgahi.

In the National University Test given in Kazakhstan, a minimum score of
90 out of 120.

In the
International Science Olympiads; a
gold, silver or bronze medal from one of these olympiads that are
recognized by Scientific and Technical Research Council of the Turkish
Republic (TUBITAK).

Tuition Fees
- At Atılım University the tuition fees for all departments and
for the Preparatory Course are 13.000 US $, including Value Added Tax
for 2009-2010 academic year. The tuition fees are payable in two
equal installments, at the beginning of the registration period and
at the beginning of the second semester. They have to be paid in US
$ or in New Turkish Liras according to the official exchange rate of
the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. tuition fees will be
reconsidened by the University each year.
